The Ohio State Fair opened this week, featuring sculptures depicting a carnation, an arrowhead, a bullfrog, and a bunch of other objects with significance for Ohio -- all made out of butter, 2,033 pounds of it.

So forget the Damien Hirst skull, or the Jeff Koons Pink Panther; the Trade of the Day is to get yourself an Ohio cow made out of butter, keep it in the fridge and hope that the price of the yellow stuff keeps climbing as consumers end their love affair with margarine.
